We often times don’t go to God with our emotions because we think that our emotions don’t matter to him. I want to talk about how emotional Jesus was. I want to show you that it’s OK to go to God with the emotions of your heart and then all your hurt and pain. I want you to know that God wants you to give your emotions and your heart over to him. You are worthy of being free from emotional bondage.

Sometimes we seek approval and affirmation from others instead of digging within and approving ourselves. Today I want to talk about belonging and vulnerability. I accredit a lot of my healing to Brené Brown who is an absolute amazing researcher on these topics. She is truly touched my life and I hope that I can share some of her stuff with you and it can change yours as well.

We have all heard the story of the woman with the issue of blood. What we don’t always look at is how brave, courageous and faith filled that she really was. She was only labeled by her issue. You have been going through some seasons where God has placed a seed within you to give birth to. But because life has given you so many reasons to not birth the seed you have decided to have the courage to survive but not to surrender into vulnerability. It’s time to give birth it’s time to push that thing out.

Do you ever feel like the very things you tell yourself you’re lacking in is actually God provoking you into greatness. He remembers you. He hears all your prayers, sees all your tears, and knows all your worries over the future. He is saying today it’s time to open your mouth because I’m ready to open your womb. It’s time for you to start Praying over those things that you have given up on.

God did not bring you this far to leave you! I heard someone say the enemy doesn’t have to destroy you he only has to get you distracted! It’s time to come out of the distraction. It’s time to start harvesting the seeds that you planted and thought were dead. It’s time to start making bold moves towards what God has already said that you can have. It’s a coming out season!

Don’t give up because you feel like you have been pregnant with the blessing for too long! Don’t get discouraged when the labor pains begin to show themselves! Without pain there is no purpose. Without pushing there is no birth. Keep pushing and don’t ever doubt what you God has allowed you to conceive.

Today I want to help you simplify what we so often over complicate. It’s not about the end result but it’s about living intentionally in today and in the moment. It’s time to go back to what used to work. It’s time to go back to the moments that used to bring you joy and re-create them. It’s time for you to seek joy and clarity.
