Oh, this is soo me! 

How many times have you said that when someone shares moments when their reality doesn’t match their expectations? Like when someone ends a crappy day going, “I definitely made that so much harder than it needed to be.”

That “someone” is often me, and I’d usually add: “Alright, next time, when there’s a challenge, I'll remember this, and I'll just realign.” But after some time, it happens again. Yes, I’m not immune to this, despite the things I know (and teach) about the matter.

Why!? 

Because it’s so easy to be swept away by circumstances, get hypnotized by uncertainty… and get out of alignment. Yes, but why? (I almost hear this question here.)

Well, you might be surprised! And the reason is the topic of today’s podcast.
