In part a reflection on one of the charity events I did - a karting race - with The Lewis Foundation, but very much a recognition of the true value of a gift.  Often given short shrift as "materialistic" - gifts can actually be so much more.  They are a real expression of love wrapped up in a package, and that is the most meaningful thing of all.  I look at how gifting can also include time, knowledge and creativity - and along with a physical gift offer the message - I care.
