Matthew 27: 39-44 The truest statement ever made was a falsehood spoken by Jesus’ enemies when they taunted Him at the foot of the cross. “He saved others. Himself he cannot save.” Of course they had it all wrong! Of course it wasn’t true! Or was it? Actually, it was the truest untrue statement ever made!
