A young woman, in a seaside town, is drawn to the two sons of her landlord. Both of these are fighting, at different times, against Napoleon. Her third suitor, a loathsome bully, but the local squire's nephew, is bent on avoiding physical military tussles. He is, however, fond of physically tussling with our poor heroine.
