Cassie Pound is the Vice President of Quality Heating & Cooling, LLC, and Leslie Harpole is the Co-owner of Champion Plumbing.

Quality Heating & Cooling, LLC is a full-service HVAC and plumbing company in Glenpool, Oklahoma. Cassie has a heavy human resources and management background, having worked in HR for a trucking company and handling operations for a retail chain. She and her husband Oscar founded Quality Heating & Cooling in 2014, and Cassie handles the marketing side of the business. They have six beautiful kids. 

Champion Plumbing is a residential plumbing service business that Leslie and her husband, Brent, started. They service Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. When Leslie left her job as a Land Technician at a petroleum land and surface services company in 2015, she channeled her passion for her community and other local businesses to start Champion Plumbing.
