An Eye-Opening Experience

I thought I knew what it meant to be a business owner. I was clueless!

There are three things no one tells you about being an entrepreneur

1. There’s no such thing as an 8 - 5 business. It’s not a thing
2. There’s no such thing as work/life balance. You’re never going to stop thinking about the business.
3. You realize how many of your friends and family have never run a business or been business owners because they’re going to freak out when you jump in the game.

Another thing to realize, being self-employed does not make you an entrepreneur. If you are the only person in your company, you have a job, not a business. And if it’s not a duplicatable task, again, it’s a job, not a business.
