Becki and I invite you to think about when you last felt jealous and what was going on there? What was it all about?

Often, we can feel jealous because we're feeling 'I wish...' 'I want to do that too.' Wishing we'd done something that we're seeing others do. 

We explore if it's healthy to be a bit jealous, but what happens when it gets more than just a bit. 

Questions you can ask about your feelings: Why am I feeling like this? What do I want to do about this? What's feasible for me to do right now? How might I like to feel differently?
