This week, I speak to Roger Chakhtoura, a mental health survivor from Lebanon who faced the injustices of modern psychiatric practices. We go into the details of what his life looked like when he was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, and how he was treated as a mental health patient in the psychiatric ward. Roger also talks about his initiative which is known as the 7 dimensions of wellness, which was created for those who look for alternative forms of treatment to mental health.
