Our lives hang in the balance. You and I are being weighed by God to determine whether we are worthy of eternal life with Him, or whether we deserve eternal damnation and destruction.

But how will God judge mankind? And remember EVERY SINGLE person will stand before the judgement seat of God and have to give an account of themselves.

God’s process of judgement will not be built on circumstantial evidence. He will look at the hard facts of what each and every person has said and done in their lifetime to judge whether they are worthy of eternity...or not.

Now is the time to learn what you need to do to enter eternity. Now is the time to understand that there is only one shot at this, and we better get it right first time.

The Bible tells us that there will be a day of reckoning when God's judgement will come upon the whole earth. Judgement Day is coming and God's eternal judgement will be served on all mankind.

And unlike the courts of man, the court of heaven will have access to everything every person has said and done throughout their lifetime. Avery careless word, every unkind act, every deed that you may think nobody saw. All of it will be plain and open for every person, and especially the God who will judge you and I.

When we stand before the judgement seat of God, there will be no fancy lawyers as advocate. It will be just you giving an account of your life before God. And there will be only two possible outcome. Eternal life, or eternal damnation and death.

So, it is important to know what you need to do today to be judged worthy of eternal life.

This episode is the first in a series to help you understand what needs to be done now. What changes any person needs to make to be accepted into the eternal habitations rather than the lake of fire.

Man is estranged from God because of sin. It is sin that stands between man and God, preventing us from being in His presence.

But in the resurrection of the Christ, God is reconciling man to Himself. Those who believe in the resurrection, and enter into the death and resurrection of the Christ are reconciled to the Father. He offers them grace and salvation. He begins working transformation in them as they follow, learn and apply the teachings of Jesus Christ.

And while we live in this human body that is doomed to decay and die, He is working in our spirits so we can be resurrected to be with Christ at the last trumpet. And in that resurrection we will no longer be subject to sickness, disease, weakness or death. Our bodies will be transformed from this weak human state to something new and eternal.

This is the truth of the power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Jesus did not die so you could have a feed of fruit buns every year. And He was not raise from the dead so you could have a chocolate feast and a sugar high.

The resurrection of Jesus is full of power. It is the point of reconciliation between man and God, where God overlooks our sin so that He can help us to be transformed. It is the means by which we receive the power to become the children of God, rather than being doomed to eternal destruction as children of this world.

There is enormous power in the resurrection of Christ offering us freedom, strength, and transformation. The victory we can gain over the desires of the flesh to be made in the image of Jesus Christ come through the resurrection.

And there is much, much more.

Nothing God does is without good reason and purpose. The resurrection of the Christ is no exception. In fact with respect to Christianity, it is the single most important event in history. Contrary to the way our calendar was developed, with the birth of Christ as the pivot point, it was the resurrection of the Christ that was the turning point of history. His resurrection drew the line between the days of law and the days of grace.

His resurrection was the most important event in history. Not just for Christians, but for all of mankind, because it is in the resurrection of the Christ that all mankind receives hope, and the promise of salvation to eternal life.

History pivots around this one event and the promises that are contained in the resurrection go much further and deeper than many Christians recognise or understand. In this episode we begin to explore the importance of the resurrection.

Many believers struggle with spiritual warfare. They battle with issues of sin, condemnation, and guilt. They sink into the depths of despair allowing the devil to tell them they are not good enough. And they hide from God.

But they don’t have to suffer. Spiritual warfare and understand how to wage war in the Spirit is the power to overcome. Through using the power of the Holy Spirit and the weapons of spiritual warfare, we can have victory over the devil, victory over temptation, and victory over the desires of the flesh.

The power of spiritual warfare and the weapons of spiritual warfare enable us to conquer all of our weaknesses. When we learn to use the power that God gives us, and apply the weapons of spiritual warfare, we will find the victory and strength we seek as Christians.

What is speaking in tongues? This is one of the most maligned and misunderstood aspects of the Christian message today. It is the sign of the Holy Spirit, but is often ignored, rejected, forbidden, forgotten, or not considered relevant.

But speaking in tongues is a gift from God, and no gift of God is to be ignored or rejected. God only gives good gifts as we are told in Luke 11:9-13 and Matthew 7:7-11. And every gift of God is a good gift, especially the gift of speaking in tongues.

How to walk in the Spirit is not something that comes natural to people. We need to learn the practical steps for daily life that will show us the way.

We are all born in the flesh and learn the bad habits of a life in the flesh in this evil and compromised world that lead to sin and death. By contrast walking in the Spirit leads to eternal life and peace. But it is not the natural state for mankind to walk in the Spirit.

Learning how to walk in the Spirit is critical for our Christian walk now, and our eternal life in the future. We need to know, understand, and follow the practical steps that will teach how to walk in the Spirit. When followed, these practical steps will become habits that will allow the Holy Spirit to effect a transformation in our lives, our ways of thinking, and how we act and behave so that we are changed into the image of Jesus Christ. That journey begins in this episode.

God has a plan for your life. The Bible tells us so in Jeremiah 29:11-12. But to execute God’s plan in our life is not something we can do alone. We need a guide to help us and show us the way. We need a guide who understands the things of God, the fullness of the truth, and who can teach, guide, counsel, lead, and protect us as God’s plan unfolds in our lives.

God has given us the guide in the form of the Holy Spirit. And the fulfilling of God’s plan occurs as we learn how to walk in the Spirit.

If we want to walk with God, we need to remember one important fact that Jesus made abundantly clear to Nicodemus in John 3:5-6, to the Samaritan woman at the well in John 4:23-24, and to His disciples in John 6:63. God is Spirit and we must learn to worship Him in spirit and truth, because the flesh is of no importance. This is why walking in the Spirit is important, and it is walking in the Spirit that will help to fulfill God’s plan for your life.

What is walking in the Spirit? Christians often talk about gaining victory over the flesh. But many still suffer with weaknesses they can’t control. They suffer from fear, guilt, self-condemnation, guilt, and addictions to various passions, lusts, and desires. And don’t forget those emotions that that run wild from time to time.

And as Christian we know these things cause us grief. They do not support our walk with Christ and too often take us down the opposite path.

Walking in the Spirit is how we overcome all of these things and much, much, more. It is how we walk with Christ, draw closer to God, and are transformed into the image of Jesus Christ. This episode begins this journey by explaining what walking in the Spirit is with a clear biblical explanation.
