Dr Gemma is a former winner of the Duncan Prize for speaking and a two-time Telstra Businesswoman of the Year finalist. She has spoken to audiences at Google, Amazon, PayPal, Qantas, Vodafone, and the NHS in London. Her keynote at Google headquarters in Silicon Valley was live-streamed to every Google office on the planet.
She co-founded Inkling Group (Elevate Humanity | Inkling Group) – an organisation that works with forward thinking companies across the globe to elevate collective and individual leadership, build and empower diverse teams, and turn organisations into the best places to work.
Gemma is also the founder of Inkling Women, designed to equip women leaders with the skills and courage to challenge the status quo, uncover their strengths, lift self-awareness. Inkling Women is known for its work across Australia, Asia and the UK in rapidly lifting the percentage of women at a leadership level.
As a classically trained singer, Gemma has performed in Westminster Abbey, Radio City Music Hall and, if you can believe it, to 53,000 screaming fans as a backing vocalist for the Rolling Stones.
