Hello everyone and welcome to Season 2 I am back!  The A-Factor went on a little hiatus because I had been working on something special, which I can reveal to you now, which is a new book:  A.W.E.S.O.M.E.: 7 to Unlocking the Speaker Within (you can purchase it on Amazon!) and to launch my new endeavor, I have an episode devoted to Loren Ruch: Group Senior Vice President of Development and Production for HGTV where he oversees the programming and development team who are responsible for all of their hit programs including Celebrity IOU, A Very Brady Renovation, Property Brothers: Forever Home, My Lottery Dream Home, Bargain Mansions and…key figure in my A.W.E.S.O.M.E. book, and forever friend.  We met many years ago when we were just starting out and grown-up personally and professionally together.  AND… AND… AND…you can see him now on his own show HGTV House Party (#hgtvhouseparty on @discoveryplus / #discoveryplus.  I can’t express exactly how proud and excited I am for him.  We talk about The Brady House renovation, how he managed to sync his passion and work, and how to personally innovate.
