This one's a little less... positive shall we say? It's more real. Self-acceptance is a journey - and not one for the light-hearted. It can't be boiled down to a pretty & inspiring Instagram post (as much as I try). It can't be practiced just when you are loving life and working hard and doing everything right. Acceptance should be practiced when things get ugly. You'll walk away from this one grounded and feeling less like a hot mess - because honey, we ALL are.
