Wondering should I workout everyday or if you should workout everyday?

Can I workout everyday or can you workout everyday are one of the most frequently asked questions I get from my clients when they start my weight lifting and strength training program.

People are always asking is it bad to workout everyday or is it good to workout everyday?

The FDA specifically encourages for every person to get at least 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise everday workout. However, the FDA doesn’t explain or define what cardiovascular exercise is outside of determining it by elevating or increasing your heart rate.

Everyday workout or everyday workout routines despite being cardiovascular specific can also be done through weight lifting or strength training.

This workout or daily workout can be used as a home workout for your full body workout routine.

These should be used as your weight loss, weight loss routine for home weight loss and for fat burn or to burn fat.

When doing them daily, you start to see results fast!
