Education Secretary Gillian Keegan ordered schools to ban smartphones during lessons and breaks, in an attempt to end disruption during class time. We tried to do that here in Utah… but it didn’t really work as well as people hoped. Dave and Debbie share what they think about the UK’s new rule.
