Good Life Property Management

The Ultimate Growth Strategy with Alex Osenenko

Listen Later

Welcome to the Good Life Property Management podcast! I’m your host, Steve Welty. This is a show for property management entrepreneurs who want to build not only great business, but also great lives. I’m here to help you gain the freedom to live life on your own terms while creating a positive impact in the world. Also, please check out Steve Welty's Music!

I’m thrilled to have Alex Osenenko on the show as today’s guest! We’ve known each other for a few years, but have gotten to know each other better in the last year and a half or so. In today’s conversation, we want to focus less on Alex’s technical expertise in growth, but rather the question of how you can help people the most. This is the ultimate growth strategy that will get everything else to fall into place.

Alex points out that property management entrepreneurs serve an amazingly important purpose by finding homes for people to live in, as well as providing financial security for landlords. We’ll talk about how layering proper branding and professional marketing onto this healthy core of providing services and helping people can make you truly stand out in the industry.

We’ll dig into best practices for SEO and drawing people to your videos and blog posts, too. Alex points out that 2-3 minute long videos are okay, but points out that your copy needs to be over 1,000 words because Google is looking at depth over frequency now. A longer blog article with a longer video will outperform a shorter post with a shorter video.

Other topics we’ll dig into include outsourcing and the role (and abilities of virtual assistants), what services of value we can offer to potential customers to encourage conversion, why transparency is so important, how crucial it is to give your blog posts effective titles, how to use community marketing, and much more!
