In theory, if criminals turn themselves in, should they then get their reward money? What a ridiculous question, I know. Of course they shouldn't- they're criminals! But technically they ARE doing what is asked...after they committed a crime and caused havoc within their community. Well that's neither here nor there.
I wonder what Timmy is doing now? Poor little Timmy and his drug dealing daddy. We spent too long thinking about all of the "what if's" that come with this question. Someone help, because we will do more.
