Laura and Billy chat with Ian Beckett, a former ’90s Tour Manager for boybands including Ultimate Kaos and Billy’s group The One.

Ian explains how TMs take on a multitude of roles from parent to pal, strict headmaster to confidant and everything in between.  

He shares how he entered Tour Management via an advert seeking a Tutor/TM, quickly joining tours with major acts, the intense heights fans would go to for a chance to meet the bands, and why boybands were harder to manage than rock bands!
