What Matters in Sales is Value
People say that Sales is all about a relationship.  Steve instead believes:

Sales is about the amount of value that’s created in the relationship.
The more value, the greater the relationship
Value lives in the mind of the other person

We ask the question: what’s the % is the first request is what’s most important?    10%
Clients are not clear 80-90% of the time.   They want people sellers to perceive what’s most important to them, but even they don’t know!
Three questions to ask and discover:

*   What do you really want or need, what’s most important?
*  What’s the most important RESULT that will give you?
*   What’s most valuable about that RESULT?
