Musenga Katongo is an award-winning creative entrepreneur, writer, story teller, and founder of the arts platform - Colour Culture whose vision is to become a globally recognised leader in African storytelling. He is also a four-time international and local poetry slam champion, TEDx Performer who has achieved feats such as being the first non-Zimbabwean to win a Poetry Slam held in Zimbabwe and the first African to win the Leith vs. the World Slam Champion in Scotland.
Musenga has also represented Zambia on multiple occasions at art festivals in Zimbabwe and England which have garnered him attention on the global scene with an exclusive interview with BBC Radio. He also co-wrote and co-produced the latest Zambian animated short film called ‘Twaano’ that explored how mental health evolved in Zambian history and his long list of accomplishments can go on and on to drop your jaw.
