Since joining Manchester City in 2015, he has gone on to prove how much of an elite player he is season after season.  He has helped the club win 4 Premier League titles and a bunch of other domestic trophies, also winning a lot of individual awards on the way.  Now, having been named Premier League and PFA Player of the Year twice each, what is left is for him to go on and conquer the world by winning football’s most prestigious individual prize, the Ballon d’Or.  But sadly, it is looking like the Belgian will end his largely successful career without that Golden Ball in his shelf. But why?
