Tommy is captured by the US military and held prisoner as they prepare to bomb the shrinking town. Meanwhile a Nazi madman has enslaved the townspeople to erect a device that will restore the town while simultaneously shrinking Washington DC. The only hope lies with the Sheriff and his ragtag team of misfits.
