This song was birthed from pain, in light that goodness and hope are worth it everytime, and that God will never leave us dry. It is a song of ages and time tied together, that when all else fades Jesus is what we are after, or rather who we are after. It was a song that honestly came out of heartbreak for a promise that I am waiting to see burst forth, but I can rest in the simple truth that even if I don't see such a promise in my lifetime if will be counted unto me as faith, for it was His word I was leaning on so hard that I was willing to take the fall if it gave way somehow.
