Tyler Baker, Co-Founder of TeamSynced and Onit Professional Scouting Services joins the podcast to talk about the story of how he came into entrepreneurship and some of the details around how he landed 350 NCAA customers, and over 2/3rds of Major League Baseball with his software brands.
Tyler speaks to what we refer to as “the chip”, or the chip on the shoulder that seems to drive so many people, how he identified it as a former athlete and used it as a motivator rather that something that oppressed him. Tyler is an excellent example of the Lean Start Up model and describes some of his ideas.
