  • Episode 396: A New Champion Will Be Crowned
This week, we begin by wrapping up our ALCS coverage by discussing series MVP Freddy Peralta leading the Rays to a Game 6 victory. From there, we look at Games 1-3 of the World Series between the Brewers and Rays, two of which were close Brewers wins led by William Contreras and a lights out bullpen, and the last of which was a blowout behind an eight-run fifth inning for the Brewers. We then look at front office moves around baseball, including Aaron Boone and Brian Cashman's return in New York, Taylor Smith and Jared Banner's hires in Sacramento and Baltimore, and the Angels starting completely fresh under new ownership. To wrap up, we have a World Series movie corner featuring Mr.3000 and The Rookie, and complete our brackets of the most embarrassing Yankee moments under Aaron Boone's tenure as manager.
