Eric Jones, Jr was born with a disability. He was raised with the expectation of being all that he can be despite his disability. He is now the father of a son that faces his own challenges being "different". Eric has created a business, breaking all generational curses, systemic barriers and perceptions of society in his community for his son.

This story of bravery is one of a black man stepping up to change the future for his family and community despite what the world thinks of him.
