FEEL your innate connection to all that is…to the infinite love all around you. We have access to charge up with life force energy at all times. I’ve been guided to step up and speak my truth on more controversial topics. In this episode, I’ll express how mental illness is only possible when you identify with your mind and how meditation has cured my mind of chaos and confusion by allowing me to create space from the true me and my thoughts. I’ll also dissect the manipulation tactics that have enslaved humanity in the idea of us being powerless victims.

In this episode, I expose YOUR power to end your suffering. It may be triggering to hear, but we as humans are addicted to suffering and therefore create our own. We tend to put our pain on a pedestal and form identities around our wounds. I decided to end my suffering and my life has transformed since. It took me becoming radically honest with myself and taking full responsibility over my reality. I can proudly say that I no longer suffer. That does not mean that I am cured of pain—-I just don’t perpetuate more pain from my pain. This is possible for you too 🫶

In this episode, I speak on learning how to trust yourself as I simply trust myself😆 I’ve been on a journey of taking my sovereignty back and no longer relying on the external to validate me. It’s been a process of discovering how to genuinely trust my heart/intuition as we’ve been taught to operate from our fearful mind.
