Larry Martin serves International Justice Mission as a Church Mobilization Director. Rev. Martin received his B.S. from Fresno State University, an M.A. from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Masters of Divinity from American Baptist Seminary of the West. Rev. Martin is an ordained Baptist minister.
Before coming to IJM, Rev. Martin served 16 years on the staff of Young Life in the San Francison Bay Area and Colorado, eight years as a church planter and Baptist pastor and four years as a denominational executive.
Rev. Martin joined IJM in October of 2001. Prior to moving to his current position in 2011, he served IJM as the Senior Vice President of Education. During his tenure at IJM he has witnessed God’s hand at work, providing rescue for the victims of violent oppression around the world. He has also been used to help the global church embrace God’s passion for justice and offer assistance on how churches can add biblical justice to theirs local and global witness.
