So we have made it to our first countdown recap show. What a wild fucking ride this year has been already. As always and forever. Thank you to every band and fan for your support, feedback, and submissions.

If you listened to our hit new show "The Unsigned Countdown". You've discovered two things for sure. We are about the Metal. And that Gujukal rained supreme as our first ever Countdown #1.

In this episode judge Tony and I will get together for the first time of the season. We will offer up our humble opinions, and explain why each submission was ranked the way they were. Admittedly this episode is a rocky start to the recaps, but with your feedback, some guest judges, and more music to rank. We will hope to improve each and every show. While I myself was nervous as fuck. Tony handled the spotlight like a pro.

With our next Countdown comes some more great hard and heavy tracks and another #1. Who will continue on to our November finale with our January winner? Will you agree with our expert panel of judges? Will judge Adam make it to this recap special? And who but who will our mystery judge be?

Finally I want to emphasize how important you are to this season. We're new, small, but growing. We don't have the fat cat funding or their approval. Instead those big wigs sit nervously behind their oversized desks hoping that we fail. Help us make them cry. Help us tell them that the commercial bullshit that they are feeding us is just that. bullshit! So tell all of your Metal loving friends that while there is no more Headbangers ball there is a way to get their fix. Help us grow, keep us humble, and keep those kick ass submissions rolling in.
