Molly Dattilo was just having a good time in the summer of 2004. She was attending IUPUI summer classes, living in the Westlake Apartment Complex and was so excited to be auditioning for American Idol soon.

June 6, 2004, Molly went off with a new friend she had met- John Shelton.

After calling a friend from a gas station payphone around 11:00 p.m., Molly would vanish into thin air.
