I was talking to my neighbor recently about him wanting to own a home. He rents the property next to me and was really bummed about not being able to buy and feel like he missed out on the affordable prices pre-pandemic. He's not alone, a lot of people think that the dream of owning their own home was crushed during the housing boom in 2020. Despite the mainstream media's narrative I predict that those people are going to have that opportunity.
