I have heard people say nice things about me through the years. All my life. Things like, you’re smart. You speak well. But I never believed them. And here’s the funny thing about that. No matter how much you hear a thing. If you don’t believe in yourself, there’s no words that will convince you. I share that because I know I’m not alone in my battle with self-doubt. I’d like to explore what happens when you actually believe the good things that others say about you.
