HorseGirlTV traveled to Devonwood Equestrian Center in Sherwood, Oregon to visit with rider, trainer, stable manager and aspiring L Candidate, Jessica Rattner, to chat about growing up with dressage in the USA. Jessica is an inspirational, hard-working young woman who’s worked her way up from early childhood in the USA dressage system.
