The USMCA Replaces NAFTA & Looking at the Global Housing Bubble

Chapter 1:
After 14 months of intensive, ongoing discussions, the US and Canada have reached a tentative deal on NAFTA, which was approved by a pact from the US President. The new arrangement will give the US greater access to the protected Canadian dairy market, and in exchange, key dispute resolution measures will remain. Importantly, the US has agreed not to slap tariffs on autos.  The deal will be renamed the United States Mexico Canada Agreement, or USMCA.
Chapter 2:
UBS (a global wealth management company) has ranked the housing bubble likelihood for global cities. Vancouver came in fourth, behind Hong Kong, Munich and Toronto. This year’s study highlighted extreme unaffordability, where buying a 60 square metre apartment in most cities exceeds the wages of people earning the average annual income.
