Seven Year Sleep : Marcelle Griffin, Markell Griffin, Evan Montez

Central valley band Seven Year Sleep is not only a trio of musicians, but a community driven movement. The band has been hosting shows, bringing together an assortment artist and viewers. Each with an ability to participate and contribute. Seven Year Sleep took root from writing sessions between friends Marcelle Griffin and Evan Montez. A blending of play styles, life experiences, and influences set the tone for the organic music they would continue to create. Seeking to improve their sound, the two would enlist Griffin’s younger brother Markell. Since their formation, Seven Year Sleep has been striving to improve their craft and create and open floor for all forms of art and artist.
