It’s fight week for the Valor Hour crew as Cage Fights at the Cowboy will take place on Friday night and the guys get you ready for that fight card as they are joined by Mark Laws, Sawyer Rich, and Chandler Cole to breakdown the event.

Now before the official preview for Cage Fights at the Cowboy, the guys answer listener questions during the weekly Q&A segment and one of the questions is related to Saturday’s UFC 215.

Following the Q&A segment, UFC light heavyweight Ovince Saint Preux (9:19) joins the program to preview his upcoming rematch against Mauricio “Shogun” Rua at UFC Fight Night 117 on September 22 in Japan. Then, they guys are joined by Cole Ferrell (17:42) to preview his upcoming fight inside the Valor Fights cage in October and this is a can’t miss interview as Cole does not hold anything back.

After chatting with Saint Preux and Ferrell, the guys get into the official preview of Cage Fights at the Cowboy, which will be available on FloCombat on Friday evening starting at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT. Casey, Tim, Mark, Sawyer, and Chandler break down all of the fights that will be part of the event and they give their picks for the fights.
