Life is moving way too fast these days. I find myself wanting to slow down time, I would stop it all together if I could. 

You know that saying, "you don't know the value of a moment until it's gone" cliche, i know, but it's so true. Life happens in a blink of an eye. 

My daughter graduated 8th grade two weeks ago. I still can't believe it! I had all the emotions, and as I was watching the graduation ceremony unfold, the sweetest memory of my 6th grade teacher came to mind. 

Mr. James Sweeney, you changed my life.
