Jay Francis spent 35 years helping to build the Utah Jazz organization from it's earliest days in Utah. Throughout his career, he was known as someone who built and maintained valuable relationships with others that enabled him to become one of the most respected and approachable executives in the state of Utah. Jay speaks about the importance of building relationships, the mentors he's had in his life, a few things he wishes he'd done different while raising kids and the things that those experiences have taught him. 

Jay is still involved in many great causes and continues to be a titan in the business community.
