I believe that creative expression is essential to personal transformation and business or professional success. However, creative expression has to be authentic for transformation to happen and for businesses or a career to launch successfully. Intrinsic creativity takes us a lot further than extrinsic motivations such as monetary rewards, punishment or fame. This is why I think that this podcast is really good in that it provides the tools you need to access personal memories that can form the basis for personal story telling.
