In this episode, Joyce interviews her family on their most important value: hard work. Her parents, both immigrants who worked hard to build a life in America, talk about the ways that they incorporate hard work within their own lives and the lives of their children. Joyce and her brother describe the lessons that their parents have taught them in regards to hard work, and how its shaped them into the people they are today. They also give their opinions on how they want to teach their own future children how to work hard.
