Jurassic Park meets the church in this off the wall B-rate movie. A pastor, happens upon a velociraptor claw in China when he is taking a sabbatical to get his life back on track. The claw scrapes him, which he finds out gives him the ability to shape shift into a velociraptor (or so they say).
