This week’s guest is a retired veteran who served 24 years including serving on SECDEF Rumsfeld, SECDEF Gates, General Mattias & General
Ordinero's staff! Currently president of The Tidewater Striders one of the
Largest Run clubs in the United States & who won the Road Runners Club of America, National Run Club President of the Year in 2021! Diagnosed in 2008 with MS and used running & staying fit to fight the disease, our guest has to run with a stroller so doesn't fall because of balance issues, and with all of his other issues still very competitive in races beating runners half his age and being one of the fastest runners in his age group in the country & owns the world record in 100k while pushing a stroller!
