Somehow Thursday's show ended up in the Squidward Extended Universe, and yes, Squid William is a real character with a smoking jacket and a Victorian haircut. The crew also got into everything people have quietly stopped buying this year because the prices are out of control, from steak to concert beer to gas station cappuccinos that somehow cost six bucks. Then, right at the end, someone looked out the window and spotted two guys standing at the very top of the Rushmore building like it was totally fine. It was not fine.
