Winning streaks are the crown jewel for individuals and teams. There are few who can ignore a prolonged winning streak. Jahangir Khan was the most winning athlete of all time.  In his prestigious career he won 555 matches in a row. He was a force to be reckoned with in the world of Squash. Before he could win all of those matches he had a streak of a different kind, the consecutive streak.  Cal Ripkin Jr. was the model of the consecutive streak. He played 2,632 Major League Baseball games in a row. The Baltimore Orioles didn't win every game that Cal played, but he was in every game that they could win.  The first victory of any victory is showing up.
