According to Deloitte’s 2019 Millennial Survey, 58% of currently employed South African millennials believe that Industry 4.0 will make it harder to get a job in the future and 53% plan to leave their current employers within two years. Further to this, millennials believe business is most responsible for training workers to meet evolving challenges, while Gen Zs put this responsibility on academia.
