Since the new WATCHMEN television series on HBO takes place in the same universe as the original 1985 run of Alan Moore (& Dave Gibbons and John Higgins) Watchmen maxi-series comic book, Rhayne decided to start from the beginning, revisiting the 30+ year old classic, all in an attempt to make sense of the new series.

The [events of the] original twelve issues of Watchmen acts as an Old Testament to this new WATCHMEN series which is set in a world where masked vigilantes are treated as outlaws and criminals.
