My kids and I enjoyed reading this book out loud.
Everyone will love The Villa Dog!
For a brief time, I was transported to Tuscany! The canine POV was unique and enjoyable, the storyline moved along so that I wanted to find out what was going on with all of the characters (including Kiltie), and it truly was heartwarming and beautiful. This story will be embraced by young and old, pet lovers and travelers, and those just looking for a good story. Great book!

A great story for kids and adults - the author creatively details not only the human and canine emotions, alternating humorous and dramatic elements, and treating sensitively the more serious life events, but also makes you feel as if you are right there, present in every scene. Dog lovers, travel lovers, Italy lovers - you'll really enjoy this book!

After reading "Villa Dog," my heart felt a little warmer...it shows how our lives can be lifted by others. Even those with four legs. Great job and I encourage readers of ALL AGES to get your own copy to have and to share.

I love the book! What a nice story to share with children of all ages! I can just picture the scenes in my mind, the author truly paints a vibrant picture. I would recommend to anyone who loves dogs, loves to travel and just loves to read! It warmed my heart!
