Katie and I give a little update everyone on our personal journey with the LS and how we have learned to be even more open and raw with each other than we already thought we were.

Our journey has led us to so many different depths or our connection to each other.  We discuss how pre-discussion is, in many ways, more important than anything else. The connection and commuication in the middle of an experience, and the aftercare for each other is rarely physical....it's mental and emotional.
