The first VinFast VF 8 midsize SUVs have made their way to the first North American customers this month and the automotive press got a chance to drive a few production vehicles during a launch event in San Diego. The 2024 Toyota Tacoma was unveiled in Hawaii and LP was there to gather the specs and provide his initial impressions. The new BMW 5-Series was unveiled along with its i5 electric counterpart, and Cadillac announced the arrival of the electric Escalade, the Escalade iQ. Finally, LP got to drive the 2023 Alfa Romeo Tonale PHEV and Gab rode a very special electric rickshaw, courtesy of Audi.
