Good morning from The Virginian-Pilot. I'm Mary Regalado, and here are our top headlines for Thursday, April 16th. Norfolk International Airport had about half as many passengers flying into and out of the region in March as it did a year ago, because of stay-at-home orders and warnings related to the coronavirus. The airport had 316,690 passengers in March 2019. Last month, it had 160,277 passengers. Airlines have cut back on flights in response to the lack of demand.
